QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERS:
Architect and build test automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and Playwright for enterprise applications. Perform stress, performance, and load testing with JMeter to verify system reliability against service-level requirements. Participate in release readiness decisions and root cause analysis for defects affecting production quality. Author test plans and maintain requirements traceability aligned with story complexity and scope. Review user stories, estimate story points, and track test coverage using JIRA and Azure DevOps. Support sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: East Lansing, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
